Here you can download drivers for DisplayLink® USB graphics chipsets incorporated in your dock, adapter or monitor. We recommend to update to the latest driver to address any potential security issue, fix bugs, improve performance and add new features.
To fix your Drivers problems you will need to know the particular model of the Modem device you are having problems with. Once you have the details you can search the Modem manufacturers website for your drivers and, if available, download and install these drivers.
If you are unsure of whether or not you need to update your Drivers, or indeed which Drivers may need to be updated, you can run a Drivers scan using a driver update tool (you will need to pay to register this tool but usually the Drivers scan is free). This will allow you to assess your Driver needs without any commitment. Alternatively, you can use the device manager to check if there are problems with any of your hardware devices.
Recommendation: If you are inexperienced with updating EDGE Modem device drivers, we highly recommend downloading the DriverDoc driver update tool [Download DriverDoc - Product by Solvusoft]. DriverDoc is a utility that automatically downloads and updates your EDGE Modem drivers, ensuring you are installing the correct driver version for your operating system.

Thank you, but I already tried re-installing the driver multiple times - including with the modem plugged in. Windows Update on the Windows 10 machine states that the driver is "up to date". I just had a rather detailed communication with Hiro technical support, and they claim that the problem is with the LSI/Agere driver. Apparently, LSI/Agere refuses to admit a problem with the driver, and Hiro cannot fix the driver themselves. I supposed that, as Windows 10 proliferates, the driver will eventually be fixed - but for now, I have to look for more creative solutions.
* MMS over MM1 (operator MMSC with GPRS modem): MMS message retrieval from an operator MMSC now allocates one thread per modem, so that messages can be simultaneously downloaded on systems with multiple modems. Previously, MMS retrieval was only allowed on one modem at a time (although sending over GPRS was multithreaded).
* MMS over MM1 (operator MMSC with GPRS modem): If an MMS message is not downloaded in a timely fashion, an operator MMSC will typically retry the notification. Previously, this could cause NowSMS to try to retrieve the same MMS message multiple times (and as many operator MMSCs only allow a single retrieval, attempts past the first would fail and cause excessive retries to be attempted). NowSMS now detects and ignores duplicate MMS notifications. 2b1af7f3a8
