I tried the Drjava IDE, and it worked great, thanks (I can compile and execute programs)! Regarding running Eclipse as through the command line using the command "java -jar "C:/Users.../org.eclipse..."". This results in an error producing a log saying file, the main error is:

To me the only solution is to either get DrJava to run correctly, or something other program should run. This means the Eclipse IDE can never be "perfect" because there are some pieces missing that help me with some features.
And although I wanted to activate the "show all symbols," i.e. "*" and "?" which usually were shown for code, the user was not allowed to choose a symbol. This leaves me scratching my head and not knowing what is required to show the "show all symbols" button.
For my current installation of Eclipse, I have changed the main menu to "CRACK Eclipse for Java Developers" instead of the "CRACK Eclipse IDE for Java Developers" which changed the main menu of Eclipse. d2c66b5586
